Alpharetta, Georgia, Dec. 05, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Today, Uptena global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions, announced the acquisition of JobRouter, a provider of cloud-based intelligent process automation solutions for a wide range of process-intensive industries in Germany and across wider Europe. Aptean has acquired JobRouter from Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm managing funds in northwest Europe and North America, with a focus on investments in its growing enterprise software business. The addition of JobRouter significantly expands Aptean’s process automation capabilities and will enable Aptean to better serve the needs of its global ERP customer base and provide existing JobRouter customers and partners with access to a broad range of market-leading solutions.

Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Mannheim, Germany, JobRouter provides solutions that help companies design, implement, manage and automate complex processes in real-time to achieve significant cost savings and visibility across their organizations. JobRouter’s low-code platform can be customized to meet the unique business needs of its customers. The company currently employs 114 full-time employees and its SaaS revenue is scheduled to grow 80% in 2024.
