‘Wellness rooms’ are claiming space in many homes

Our homes were multiple tasks for a while now. They may be in the place where we work, and they are definitely where we play, and in today's world full of stress, they are often the place where we feel peace.

Beno and his team merged many of these ideas into the renovation of the house in Austin, Texas. The Zen Park is in the open air, surrounded by an interior with a single -sided room and the bathroom for the basic broadcast on the other hand, as they both face a quiet green space.

High comprehensive and low technology

“Sound baths”, where you overwhelm yourself in useful and natural sounds, are common in many professional resorts. Now, companies make versions of the home, or you can prepare one yourself.

Create a low technology studio with some comfortable pillows, yoga straw, the basic oil aroma, lights or low candles, then play or use recorded sounds of beats, lyric and singing. You can find links to meditation sounds online.

There is a full -sized bed that uses low -frequency sounds and vibrations, or you can find Y Paid Stones with some of the same features, much less expensive.

Traditional sauna uses steam, but light infrared sauna is an easier alternative inside. Many makers offer individual versions, two or three people made of wood or just an isolated fabric. This luxury comes with Bluetooth sound lights.

If you really want to get rid of an internal, multiple sensory experience and luxury, there are shower units that integrate technology into customizable water, steam, lighting and music.

Quiet and perhaps deep

Jack Awadia, whose name is located in New York, has created a Japanese deep -style basin, for the Phoenix customer. The cocoon -like space contains a meditative wall of Terrazzo Pebles and a beautiful chandelier cut from the petal.

But it is also making rooms for well -being that can serve multiple with a sauna and then a cold diving basin. At his home, he has an area for yoga and trims.

“Having a special space is necessary,” says Ovadia. “The well -being of wellness should be an area in which the outside world melts, no noise in the background, nor a movement outside your scope. This is where you go, to give up something quieter, something deeper.”

Celebrate creativity alone or with your glimpses

Your ideal well -being may be more active than quiet spa -like versions.

“We are designing more music rooms. This is not surprising because music heals,” says Bueno.

The amount of pleasure that works with customers who have a passion – “art, yoga, music or entertainment” – notes – and design spaces to help bring this emotion to the home.

“New customers had a wide range of vinyl,” he says. “Others wanted a room to enjoy music during large family gatherings.”

Materials and accessories to set mood

Ensure that the size of the space is suitable for your activity and uses materials to set the tone.

“Bring warmth and a feeling of calm with things such as natural oak, cork, bamboo, neutral tones and organic textures,” says Awadia.

Small table lamps can be temporarily to play quiet nature sounds. Some offer a soft and sedative electronic glow. Invest in a comfortable clip if you have a space, or look for giant pill bags that deserve to be stirred and large SQUOOSY chairs.

“We have made a home gym with red dialects, to bring emotion and stimulate energy,” he says.

Inclusion in art can add to this atmosphere. Bueno installed the club's club work in a musical room/a large family saying: “This should be the place.” In the red gym hanging a contemporary piece you read, “Continue to continue.”

And for the calm well room? The photographs of the dreamer, publications, or mural background will be the kiss of the chef.

If you do not have a field for wellness room

There is no place to share it in a clear room in your place? You may have something similar in your hometown.

“It is a new nightclub,” says Ovadia. “Self -care develops into a common experience, and it becomes a prominent scene rather than just a side routine.”
