Janus Henderson Investors, a subsidiary of Janus Henderson Group (NYSE:JHG), said Friday it has filed a preliminary registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an exchange-traded fund that would round out its securitized suite of active ETFs to cover the U.S. securitized market.
The Janus Henderson Securitized Income ETF, which is expected to launch in early November if all approvals are secured, will be managed by portfolio managers John P. Kerschner and Nick Childs.
The actively managed fund is set to complement the firm’s suite of securitized products, including Janus Henderson AAA CLO ETF (JAAA) and Janus Henderson Mortgage-Backed Securities ETF (JMBS).
As of June 30, 2023, Janus Henderson had about $322B in assets under management.
