consolidation of the majority of in-person and online payment volume on
Stripe’s platform, aligning with Hertz’s digital rental strategy. This move
underscores Hertz’s focus on streamlining payment processes across its
corporate-owned locations in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New
Zealand.

As part of the partnership, Stripe and Hertz have developed
a shared product roadmap to address specific payment needs, including extended
authorizations for weekly or monthly rentals.
