- Anthropic, the generative AI company backed by Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) and several other tech companies announced Wednesday that they are launching a version of Claude aimed at large enterprises.
- The Cloud Enterprise plan offers an expanded contextual window of 500KB, and more. “Usability, native integration with GitHub so you can work on entire databases with Claude,” Anthropic said in a statement. Blog post“It also includes enterprise-level security features, such as single sign-on, role-based permissions, and management tools, that help protect your data and your team.”
- The company has not disclosed pricing for Claude Enterprise, though an Anthropic employee told Techcrunch This will cost more than the Teams plan, which costs $30 per month per member.
- OpenAI, which competes with Anthropic, unveiled ChatGPT for Enterprise in August 2023.
- Amazon announced last September that it would invest up to $4 billion in Anthropic and take a minority stake in the company. Amazon also invested in Anthropic in March.
