US lithium (NASDAQ: AMLI) +2% The market pre-market on Wednesday after reporting details of inspection results from three diamond drilling holes that were drilled at the Falcani Lithium Project in Peru.
Baseline logging and assay results from the cross-hole intervals of a typical Falcani volcanic raft as well. as large sections of breccias with features including lithium up to 5,645 ppm and cesium up to 1.22%, which the company said are the highest grades of both metals encountered to date from the Falcani drill core interval samples.
American Lithium (AMLI) said the drilling program has not encountered any water level problems in the proposed development areas across the Falcani, and the program has enabled the drilling and analysis of cores to a depth of 120 metres.
“We are excited about the intersection of thick, high-grade lithium metals west of Falshani’s existing resource footprint, which should allow resource expansion,” said CEO Simon Clarke.
