The Tel Aviv Local Planning and Building Committee rejected objections to the Dan Properties project planned at the entrance to Ramat Hahiyal in Tel Aviv, in which the bus stop will be replaced with 750 housing units.
The bus stop is located between Shikon Dan and Ramat Hahayal, between Mishmar Hayerden, Raoul Wallenberg, Pinhas Rozen and Nahlot streets. 13 mixed-use buildings will be constructed on the site comprising 750 apartments and commercial space on the ground floor of some of the buildings.

There will be a diverse mix of apartments, with 25% being small apartments (about 50 sqm), 66% between 75-100 sqm and the rest averaging 110 sqm. 112 apartments will be allocated for long-term rental for 25 years.
About 100 objections to the plan were rejected when the local planning and building committee met in Tel Aviv last Wednesday and the plan was approved. The first building permits for the project are scheduled to be issued in the next few months, and construction is expected to begin in approximately two years.
