Used apartments have been sold
Tel Aviv and the central region
Tel Aviv: A rooftop apartment on the second floor of 120 square meters with five rooms, a balcony of 70 square meters and two parking spaces on Achimaetz Street in Beit Yaakov was sold for NIS 3.35 million (RE / MAX – Ocean). A 60 square meter two-room apartment on the first floor with a nearby parking lot on Yehoshua Ben Nun Street was sold for NIS 3.75 million.
Herzliya tips: A five-bedroom house of 220 sqm with a garden of 400 sqm on Shlomo Hamlech Street was sold for NIS 9.5 million (Anglo-Saxon).
Shoham: An apartment of 110 square meters, four rooms, on the second floor including parking on Hazohar Street was sold for NIS 2.42 million. A first floor apartment of 120 sqm, five rooms, with a balcony of 6 sqm and parking on Emek Ayalon Street was sold for NIS 2.89 million (RE / MAX – Premium).
Modi’in: An initial ground floor apartment of 150 square meters with five rooms, a balcony of 45 square meters, an elevator and parking on Yar Eshtaol Street in the Novim neighborhood was sold for 3.8 million shekels. A three-room first floor apartment of 91 square meters with a balcony of 15 square meters and parking on Nahar Hayerden Street in the Masua neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.25 million (RE / MAX – Mor).
Kfar Saba: A first floor apartment of 90 square meters with three rooms, a balcony of 12 square meters and parking on Ha’Evroni Street was sold for NIS 2.94 million. A 120 square meter apartment on the second floor with elevator and parking on Ben Gurion Street was sold for NIS 3.26 million (RE / MAX – ONE).
Yavni: A third-floor apartment of 85 square meters, four rooms, a balcony of 12 square meters, an elevator and parking on Hamorim Street in the Lev Yavni neighborhood sold for NIS 2.12 million. A third-floor apartment of 104 square meters, four rooms, with a terrace of 12 square meters on Hanahal Street in the Ramot Weizman neighborhood was sold for NIS 2.36 million (RE / MAX – Time).
Haifa and the north
Haifa: A 70 sqm three-room first floor apartment with elevator on Keren Hayesod Street is being sold for NIS 1.19 million (RE / MAX – Grand).
caramel: An unrenovated, seventh-floor, 93-square-meter, four-room apartment with elevator on Shushanim Street in the Southern Neighborhood was sold for NIS 915,000. A renovated fourth-floor apartment of 97 square meters with four rooms, a storage room and an elevator was sold on Netiv Halotos Street in the Southern District for NIS 1.1 million. A renovated apartment on the third floor of 126 square meters with four rooms, a balcony, a storage room and an elevator was sold for NIS 1.72 million (Keller Williams).
