British LGBT awards 2025 unveils shortlist of business leaders and corporate champions

The British LGBT Awards have revealed a brief list of 2025, which illuminates more than the most influential business leaders and institutions who continue to include and diversity throughout the UK and abroad.

On Friday, June 20, 2025 – the month of pride – the party in London will respect individuals and companies that show a tangible commitment to the representation of LGBTQ+ and equality in the workplace.

Companies and major brands such as HSBC, Ovo Energy, Google, Burberry, Channel 4 and Legal & General are a feature in the short menu for this year, competing for the best honor in the ceremony. These commercial leaders have been recognized for their pivotal role in advancing equality: from leading the leading policies to encouraging authentic and supportive office cultures where LGBTQ+ employees can flourish.

Seven categories: Whoever makes the pieces

Ally: CEOs including Ashurst, Burberry, Legal & General, MSD, Natwst, Portobello Brewery, PWC, Themes Water and Zurich Insurance. They are celebrated to overcome them to enhance LGBTQ+ and work as vocal motivations within their companies and societies.

Diversity Trail Blazer: ARUP, Capgemini UK, Centrica, Lloyds Banking Group, Moody's, Penna, RWS, Tesco, Traves Smith and Wicks. These individuals and teams have led leading initiatives, supporting structural change that raises LGBTQ+.

Future leader: Rising stars at Ireland, Deutsche Bank, Google UK, ITV, JTI UK, KPMG UK, Natwst, Strection Plus Group, Bank Standard Chartered Bank and Tesco who used their voices to make progress, inspire the next generation of comprehensive leaders.

ComprehensivePaker Hughes, Bank of America, Deloitte, Infosum, Johnson Matti, just eat ready -made meals, national energy system, state street, Virgin Moni and Zurich insurance. It is caught for tireless activity and awareness of awareness, and pushing LGBTQ issues to the forefront of corporate business schedules.

NetworkDivide to two categories-those founded after 2015 and those created in or before 2015. Candidates include groups led by employees in Channel 4, Dentsu and Heathrow AirPor, all of whom are recognized to support LGBTQ employees through popular events, safe spaces and political directives .

Sarah Garrett, the British LGBT Awards Foundation, praised the expansion of the caliber of this year's candidates: “It is great to see such a powerful, diverse, diverse brief list. Promise – it's part of culture.”
