Maria Ciano, Managing Director of International Exporter Services and Head of Strategy for EMEA and Asia Pacific at Broadridge, emphasized the crucial role Vitali will play in developing the company's solutions portfolio, particularly in the area of investor communications.

“Simona’s 20-year track record in corporate governance focused on strengthening relationships between institutional investors and listed companies will be invaluable,” she added.

Also joining the team is Gonzalez, who has 15 years' experience in corporate banking, working at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Her goal will be to establish new client relationships and drive growth among Broadridge Services.

Less than a month ago, Broadridge expanded its Global Class Action business, in both the Canadian and UK markets, by acquiring two new relationship managers.
