Nathan grew up with a profound grade of entrepreneurship and global trade. He joined the University of Maryland, College Park, where he obtained a certificate in business administration. His education gave him a strong basis, but his real lessons came from the experience.

He says, “I did not learn flexibility in school,” he says. “I learned this through failures, relapses, and return every time I fall.”

His early career throughout Africa and the United States took him, where she worked in real estate, agriculture and international trade. These experiences helped him to understand how global markets work and how companies can push economic growth.

Real estate and failure lessons

“I thought I lost everything,” he recall. “But looking back, this failure was a turning point. You taught me how to move, how to adapt, and how to lead the crisis.”

Transfer the avocado industry in Kenya

Nathan saw an opportunity in the agricultural sector in Kenya, specifically in avocado exports. The AVOVEG Health Kenya Ltd founded a company that processes and exports avocado to the markets of Europeans and the Middle East.

The company rapidly grew up to one of the 10 best avocado exporters in Kenya. But for two females, it was not only the real success in the numbers, but was in the lives of the young farmers with which his company worked.

“We are not only exporting avocado,” he explains. “We create job opportunities, open markets for local farmers, and ensure that they get fair prices.”

Its focus on sustainability and Avoveg. He believes that companies should serve the economy and society.

“If your work is only about earning money, this will never achieve a real achievement,” he says. “The best companies are those that solve real problems and create value for others.”

Faith as a principle of work

One of the main aspects of the leadership of Nathan is his deep faith in God. He believes that work and faith are linked.

He says: “Faith is my orientation.” “At work, there are a lot of uncertainty. But I trust that God directs me, even when things do not go as planned.”

It follows the principles of the Bible in its commercial decisions – collapse, fairness and service. Avoid shortcuts, even when they look profitable in the short term.

“Honesty builds confidence,” explains. “Integrity -based business will continue for a longer period of work based on deception.”

It is mentioned by the verse of the preferred Bible, Proverbs 3: 5-6, with confidence in the plan of God:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not tend to your own understanding; in all your ways, it will be presented to him, and it will make your paths straight.”

Converting setbacks into opportunities

Nathan's journey was full of climbing and landing. He suffered from work failures, financial conflicts, and unexpected road barriers. But every time he faced a setback, he found a way to learn, axis and return stronger.

He says, “Failure is not the end.” “It's just reactions. If you learn from him, you will return more wise and more willing.”

This mentality led him to write his book, “My successful failure”, where he shares lessons of his most difficult moments. His goal is to help ambitious entrepreneurs to move in challenges and build flexibility.

Beyond work, Nathan is enthusiastic about guidance and charitable work. It spends time directing young entrepreneurs, supporting education initiatives, and defending sustainable agriculture.

“The real success is not related to what you gain – it is related to what you return,” he says.

“If I can help others avoid my mistakes, if I can inspire someone to continue, then my journey has a meaning.”
