The tweet contains a very touching video of a girl named Ava playing video games with a console her father designed to improve accessibility.
Her cheerful facial expressions are precious.
The text of the video states: “Rory Steele built his disabled daughter a custom video game console.” “And it’s the best thing we’ve seen all day.”
“Steel made the adaptive controller for Ava, who has hereditary spastic paraplegia and is therefore unable to use a standard controller, by supplying the XBox adaptive controller with components from EBay,” it reads.
The text continues: “He was able to create something special so that Ava could play video games with her friends.”
“What a wonderful father” Takei tweeted.
