TORONTO, Oct. 15, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Constellation Software Inc. announced… (TSX:CSU) announced today that it intends to publish its third quarter results in November 8, 2024.
The company’s quarterly results will be published through a press release and made available on the company’s website (www.csisoftware.com) and the SEDAR website (www.sedarplus.ca), after the markets close on Friday, November 8, 2024. As described in Constellation’s press release dated February 23, 2018, Constellation has ceased holding conference calls to discuss the company’s quarterly financial results. Instead of quarterly calls, the company has created a link on its website where shareholders can submit questions to management. The Company will periodically post responses to selected questions received. The company believes that this Q&A facility will ultimately prove to be a more effective tool than conference calls because it will be searchable and will provide an archive of all previous responses.
The Company’s purpose in establishing this policy is to allow all investors continued access to information disclosed about Constellation’s strategy, operations and ongoing business plans.
