Under the settlement, Dankner had to pay 7.5 million NIS and Strum 2.5 million, without a mistake. Judge Yakobi accepted the request, and found that there is “a reasonable possibility to support the claim.”
The IDB shares case, which became known as the “Friends Show”, was approved in February 2012, and Dankner and STRM were condemned and then sent to prison. The two men were convicted of trying to manipulate the share of the share of the IDB share in order to ensure the success of the stock offer, which was necessary to improve the company's difficult cash flow.
