Durham medical supplier clinches multi-million pound funding boost

Forma-Care (UK) LTD, a leading supplier for Continution Care to NHS, has obtained an important financing package with the support of Leonard Cortis.

The arrangement represents more than 5 million pounds of the financing that has been collected in recent years, ensuring that its headquarters in Durham can accelerate its growth strategy, invest in creating products, and enhance supply chains amid market pressure.

The partnership between Forma-Care and Leonard Curtis is back to six years, when the company was created for the first time. The unique financing model requires “individual debtor”, which is structured without personal guarantees, a detailed solution supported by the performance of the sure professor’s book and the clear future capabilities. Working in close cooperation with financiers including Cynergy Business Finance and ABCOR Finance, Leonard Cortis got an initial credit line, with additional facilities to be followed.

“Leonard Cortis was with us from the beginning, and the team’s fixed support was effective for our success. This financing package will allow us to continue growth and innovation and meet the advanced needs of our customers,” said Wayne Dobson, Forma-Care.

“The package that we have helped in the SECURE business is setting them in full and steadfast securities to continue the development trip,” added Phil Trueman from Leonard Curtis.
