Eric Tsung, the company’s current Chief Financial Officer, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Eric will continue as Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since August 3, 2017. The company also announced today that Pierre Amariglio has resigned from his position as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
