Economic calendar in Asia 24 July 2023 – preliminary PMIs for July begin

Flash PMIs for July begin today. Australia and Japan start during the time zone here and later on Moday we’ll get those from the UK, Germany, the Eurozone and the USA, among others. Services generally outperformed those of manufacturing and supported growth. Interest rate hikes from the European Central Bank are starting to weigh on the Eurozone PMIs.

The times in the leftmost column are GMT.

The numbers in the rightmost column are the “previous” result (previous month/quarter as the case may be). The number in the column next to that, where there is a number, is the expected consensus mean.

I noticed data for New Zealand and Australia in text as the similarity of the little flags can be confusing at times.
