Viraj Patel, Jack Nott and Carl Joachim are the original founders of ePac. For the past seven years they have all fulfilled different roles, however, Virag has mainly focused on operations as ePac’s COO. Prior to joining ePac, Virag held several successful leadership positions in procurement, international strategy, marketing and mergers and acquisitions mainly with Exopack and later Coveris.
Jack said: “It’s been an incredible journey for the three of us as we built the ePac around our goal of helping small and medium-sized businesses compete with high quality, professional packaging. However, as we look forward to continued growth both geographically and with an expanded product offering such as flat bottom bags It’s time to move on from running the business to someone more capable of running it than I am in building it. I couldn’t think of a better person than Viraj Patel to pass on as CEO to.”

Virag added, “With the fantastic team that ePac has, continued growth trends, new product lines and the digitization of the ePac model, it couldn’t be a more exciting time to take on the role of CEO and help successfully implement this new phase of our strategy. I would like to thank Jack for all his contributions and look forward to to work with him in his advisory role.”
