eToro Appoints Inès de Dinechin as Special Adviser

the appointment of Inès de Dinechin as Special Adviser to the business in
France. Dinechin is set to collaborate closely with eToro’s management team
alongside the local French team led by Emmanuel Sackman, supporting the
company’s growth strategy.

In joining eToro, Dinechin brings a wealth of experience and
expertise garnered from her illustrious career. Previously, she served on the
Board of Directors at Quintet Private Bank where she held various significant
roles including Chair of the Audit Committee and Chair of the Investment
Committee, among others. Furthermore, she served on the Board of Directors at
Bank of America Europe DAC, enriching her financial acumen as a member of the
Audit Committee.

Her tenure included serving as the Chairwoman at Scope
Group, an ESMA regulated entity where she played a pivotal role as a member of
the Audit Committee. Additionally, she has contributed her insights and
guidance as an Advisor to RYSE: Le label de la finance inclusive, a platform
dedicated to inclusive finance initiatives.

foothold, spanning strategic partnerships, marketing, and customer retention.
