After analyzing thousands of feedback from employees across various workplaces in the Bay Area, Ripple was named in the top 10 in Fortune magazine’s ranking of Best Places to Work in 2023.

Information collected for the survey includes how accessible and trustworthy the company’s leaders are, how employees are treated and valued, how they see their salary in relation to workload, structure, and pattern of promotions if the company has had an opportunity for growth if they are proud of the work they do and if they enjoy it, Among many other criteria.
The employee feedback was then thoroughly analyzed using various criteria to form the ranking. After obtaining 1.3 million responses from companies with more than 7 million employees in 2022, the agency obtained nearly 100,000 responses, from which they selected which companies should rank as Fortune’s Best Places to Work in the Bay Area in 2023.
95% of Ripple employees have a favorable work environment
Most of Ripple’s employees, who make up about 95% of the company’s workforce, agree that Ripple provides a conducive work environment. The high percentage is also a big deal compared to responses from a typical US workplace, which is usually around 57%.
