Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.80% By Investing.com

Investing.com – Israeli stocks rose after the close on Sunday, as gains in the stock sector pushed stocks higher.

At the close in Tel Aviv, it rose by 0.80%.

The best performers of the session were Kamtek Ltd (TASE:), which rose 6.98% or 2,080.00 points to reach 31,880.00 at the close. On the other hand, Nova (TASE:) stock continued to rise by 4.31%, or 3,350.00 points, to close at 81,020.00. Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:) rose 3.42% or 840.00 points at 25,420.00 at the end of the session.

It was the worst performance of the session ICL Israel Chemicals Ltd (TASE:) stock fell by 2.33% or 36.00 points and traded at 1,506.00 at close. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd (TASE:) shares fell 1.66%, or 110.00 points, to 6,519.00. OBC Energy Ltd (TASE:) was down 0.72% or 21.00 points at 2,900.00.

The number of advancing shares outnumbered the declining shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 292 shares compared to 142 shares, and 106 shares closed without change.

Crude oil futures for November delivery fell 0.47%, or 0.36, to close at $75.49 per barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, the price of Brent crude for December delivery fell 0.81%, or 0.64, to reach $78.76 per barrel, while the December gold contract rose 1.32%, or 34.90, to close at $2,674.20 per ounce.

The USD/ISR remained unchanged by 0.00% to 3.75, while the EUR/ISR was unchanged by 0.00% to 4.11.

US Dollar Futures fell 0.10% to 102.68.
