In a A series of videos posted on Instagram Story On Monday, the reality TV star and entrepreneur gave fans a sneak peek at the new Tesla Cybercab and Optimus AI robot that founder Elon Musk recently unveiled.
Kardashian posted a video of herself playing a card game with Optimus, a human-sized artificial intelligence robot that Musk promised could “babysit your kids” or help with housework. However, when the robots debuted last month, the technology was operated by handlers rather than autonomously. It was not clear in Kardashian’s Instagram videos whether the robot was working on its own or if a therapist was nearby.

In Kardashian’s Instagram Stories, the Optimus robot also waved, did running motions, and pretended to hula dance. She also posted a video of an all-gold model of the robot, saying there was only one like it. I shared some videos with X as well.
After showing the robot to followers, the video moves to the interior of Tesla’s self-driving car, which does not have a steering wheel or pedals.

“The e-cab is crazy. “They kind of look like the tires on my silver Cybertruck,” she says in the video, referring to the Tesla truck she owns. “Wait until you just get in and there’s no driver?”
An off-screen person can be heard confirming, “No driver.”
Kardashian’s videos ended after showing the interior of the Cybercab. It’s unclear whether she plans to buy the car or the robot, but she has been a supporter of Musk and Tesla in the past, and posted with her own custom Cybertruck shortly after its reveal.
Tesla has reportedly been testing its robotics service with its employees in the San Francisco area. While self-driving cars operated by rival Waymo are on the streets, driving passengers in multiple cities, Tesla’s robotaxi plans are still a work in progress.
Musk has promised that the robotaxi will be affordable, in the $30,000 region, when it hits the market. But the exact timeline remains a mystery.
