Gilles BianRosa joins Kraken as the Chief
Operating and Product Officer (COO/CPO), bringing with him over two decades of
entrepreneurial and product leadership experience.
Formerly
the CPO at European Neobank N26, BianRosa spearheaded the development and
implementation of the bank’s global product strategy, including the successful
launch of crypto trading in core markets.
Prior
to his tenure at N26, BianRosa held pivotal roles as the CPO of SoundCloud and
led Samsung Electronics’ content and services division. At Kraken, he will
oversee strategy, global business operations, product, and design, focusing on
propelling the next generation of crypto products and services. BianRosa
reports directly to Kraken CEO David Ripley, who expressed enthusiasm for the
new appointment, highlighting BianRosa’s track record of delivering innovative
products across global organizations.

for its international operations, is tasked with driving Kraken’s regulatory
