Leeds has been confirmed as a hostess to UKREIIF 2026, on the occasion of the fifth year in a row that the city will welcome the real estate investment and infrastructure forum in the United Kingdom.
OKREIIF – which was launched in 2022 – has rapidly grew to become a key player in the national calendar of property and renewal, attracting global investors, developers, building homes, local authorities and policy makers. The 2025 event is scheduled to attract 16,000 delegates and inject more than 20 million pounds in the Leeds economy through the spending of visitors, hospitality and local purchases.
Nathan Spencer, Managing Director of Ukreiif, said that the decision to stay in Leeds was driven by the continuous growth of the forum and the continuous support of the city: “Our commitment simply overcomes hosting an event. We aim to leave a permanent impact on the city, and includes its additional societies, additional cooperation, and cooperation with additional fruits – expansion plans for 2026 soon,” said Nathan Spencer, Managing Director of UKREIIF.
OKREIIIF has become an incentive to display the UK regions to international investors, providing a platform for cities and regions to provide major development opportunities and direct policy.
Tercy Prabin, Mayor Yorkshire's mayor, praised the return of the event as a continuation of confidence in the region, “It is great for Ukriv to return to Leeds for the fifth year in 2026. This forum helped strengthen our economy, hero investment, and put more money in people's pockets.
Counselor James Lewis, Leaders City Council leader, highlighted the economic impact and reputation of the forum.
This event is hosted via places around the Leeds Doc, with the Royal Armories Conference and events that focus a major role.
“We are happy to welcome Okreiif in 2026. This event had a tremendous impact on the city and the region, and we are excited to continue our partnership. The team is in RA places and the broader Leeds partners are proud to support UKEIIF's ambition to grow,” said Benjamin Campbell, the director of the Royal Armories.
Okreiif plays a vital role in accelerating development opportunities and launching investment throughout the United Kingdom, and is compatible with national priorities such as renewal, net zero, housing and infrastructure.
