Manchester United (NYSE:) raised its guidance for the full fiscal year 2024 after reporting third-quarter earnings results on Wednesday.
The club’s shares were trading slightly lower in pre-market trading.
For the full year, the club now expects revenue of £660m, up from a previous forecast range of between £635m and £665m.
Adjusted EBITDA forecast has also been raised to £140m, compared to the previous range of £125m-£150m.
In the third quarter, Manchester United reported an adjusted loss per share of £24.47 and adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization of £13.7 million.
Broadcast revenue for the quarter was £37.5m, contributing to total revenue of £136.7m, down 19.6% year-on-year.
The club reported a pre-tax loss of £83.569m, a significant increase on the pre-tax loss of £5.679m last year.
