MONTREAL, Dec. 05, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — NanoXplore Inc.NanoXplore“or”institution(TSX: GRA and OTCQX: NNXPF), the world’s leading graphene company, held its annual shareholders’ meeting (the “Meeting”) in person on December 5, 2024. All resolutions were approved by shareholders.

In total, 90,977,275 shares (53.3% of outstanding common shares) were accounted for at the meeting. As part of the formalities, the Company’s shareholders elected the Board of Directors and approved the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the independent auditor of the Corporation. Election of members of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors set the number of board members to be elected at the meeting at nine. Each of the nine candidates listed in the management information bulletin has been elected as a director of NanoXplore. All nominated directors were already members of the company’s board of directors.
