The Board of Directors has set a closing date of Thursday, October 17, 2024 as the record date for determining which shareholders are entitled to notice of and vote at the AGM.
The Company also reported that it filed its audited annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024 on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on September 26, 2024. The independent audit report of the Company included a registered accounting firm with going concern qualifications. Disclosure of this information is required by Section 610(b) of the NYSE’s US Corporate Manual. It does not represent any change or amendment to any of the company’s filings for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.

Grassy contains gold and silver deposits (located 100% on private land) for which positive feasibility study results have been released and key licensing milestones have been achieved.
The Sleeper Gold Project is located in northern Nevada, the world’s leading mining jurisdiction. The Slipper Gold Project, which includes the former producing Slipper mine, totals 2,474 unpatented mining claims (approximately 44,917 acres).
The Bald Peak Ready Drill Project in Nevada consists of approximately 2,260 acres.
