Amsterdam, Netherlands – Royal Philips (NYSE: PHG, AEX: Phia), The World Leader in Health Technology, today announced the dates of the proposed supervisory council and re -appointment, and the proposed management re -setting board.

Mr. David Bewits (the British/American, 1953) will retire from the Philip's supervisory council at the end of the annual general meeting of the shareholders 2025. Mr. Bewits joined the Supervision Council in 2015 and presented three consecutive periods. He has been head of the Quality and Organizational Committee since May 2020.
The Supervision Council for the annual general meeting of shareholders 2025 will propose the appointment of Mr. Bob White (America, 1962) as a new member of the Supervisory Council. After his appointment, Mr. White Al -Sayed will succeed homes as head of the Quality and Organizational Committee.
The recommendation on this date depends on Mr. White's wide experience and expertise in the health technology sector, which covers the United States, Europe, Asia and the Pacific, and its rich record in leading growth and enhancing innovation. Until 2024, Mr. White held the position of Executive Vice President at Medrtonic, after a successful career in Gealthcare, IBM and other leading health technology companies.
The Supervision Council will propose to the re -setting up Mrs. Andra Nawi (American, 1955) and Mrs. Choa Suk Kong (Singapore, 1957) as members of the Supervision Council.

This will be recommended to be re -appointed in view of its valuable contributions to the supervisory council, and since global business leaders who prove their record are strong records in areas ranging from consumer products to technology, digitization, finance and Asia. Their experience and leadership will remain of great value as Philips offers more progress on its journey to improve health care and the impact of driving with care for patients, people and the planet.
Moreover, the Supervisory Council will recommend that Mr. Marnex Van Jennikin as a member of the Philips Board of Directors, while recognizing his strong leadership, his deep knowledge of Philips and his extensive experience in corporate governance, as well as the important role he played in the Executive Committee.
