Until Monday’s lawsuit, Combs had only been charged with civil cases and a criminal charge of engaging in sexual activity with adults.
Combs’ attorneys and other representatives did not immediately respond to an email seeking comment. When the scheduled lawsuits were announced on October 1, an attorney said Combs “cannot address every unfounded allegation in what has become a reckless media circus.”

The woman, who was a college student at the time, claims Combs also forced her friend to perform oral sex on him, and said he would kill them both if they did not comply with his demands.
The other Jane Doe alleges that Combs attacked and violently raped her in a bathroom in 2005 at a concert by the late rapper Biggie Smalls, whose “One More Chance” music video.
According to the woman, Combs brought her into the bathroom to talk privately and then began kissing her unexpectedly. She claims that when she tried to walk away, he hit her head against the wall, causing her to fall to the ground. The woman said she tried to escape, but Combs beat her again and raped her.
