Snapchat users (New York Stock Exchange: SNAP) is embracing the company’s moves toward artificial intelligence — a development the company can use to improve ad targeting, says Snap CEO Evan Spiegel.
Snap launched the “My AI” chatbot in February, basing it on it A customized version of OpenAI’s GPT technology (the successor to ChatGPT, which revolutionized the tech world in November). While it had initially offered it as a beta feature for subscribers of its premium Snapchat+ service, by mid-April it had decided to roll out the My AI feature. For all users for free.
