Sun: Teva drags TASE down

The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange fell today. The Tel Aviv 35 Index decreased by 0.60%, to 1,814.56 points. The Tel Aviv 125 index decreased by 0.63%, to 1,812.53 points. The BlueTech Global Index rose 0.41% to 354.30 points. The All Bond Index of corporate bonds fell 0.19% to 367.69 points. The trading volume amounted to 637.9 million shekels in stocks and 1.22 billion shekels in bonds.

In the foreign exchange market, the Bank of Israel set the representative dollar shekel rate at 0.165% on Friday, at 3.645 shekels / dollar, and the representative shekel / euro rate was set at 0.147%, at 3.93 shekels / euro.

Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ESLT; level:ESLT) led the market today, falling 0.94% in the largest trading volume of the day. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (New York Stock Exchange: teva; level: teva) by 6.15%, recording the largest drop on the Tel Aviv 35 Index today.

Bank Leumi (level:room), Israel Discount Bank (level: DSCT) fell 0.82% and First International Bank of Israel (level:FTIN1; FTIN5) decreased by 1.61%.

Tower Semiconductor Limited. (NASDAQ: TSEM; level:TSEM) by 3.35% for the largest increase on the Tel Aviv 35 index. Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NASDAQ:nvmi; level:nvmi) rose 3.04% and Delek Group Ltd. (level:massage) increased by 0.67%. Shikun & Binui Holdings Ltd. (level: SKBN) rose 2.21%, and OPC Energy (TASE: OPCE) rose 2.95%.
