The shed was sold on the forty -fourth floor in one of the two towers in the Yitzhak Tshuva's Park Bavli in Tel Aviv for 43 million New. The identity of the buyer has not been revealed, but the market sources say she is an Israeli businessman.
The shed covers 360 square meters half the floor and has a balcony with an area of 145 square meters. The purchase price reflects the price of 100,000 NIS per square meter.
