Timora Fund appoints Yossi Mautner as VP business development

Temora Real Estate Fund has appointed Yossi Mautner to the position of Vice President of Business Development as it continues to expand its activities and strengthen its management team. Mautner, whose most recent positions (2018-2022) were CEO and Business Development Director of the Selena Hotel chain in Israel, will lead the management of the Temora Fund and the construction of the MAZE project, Temora’s flagship project. MAZE is a creative complex of artists, musicians, contemporary culture, culinary skills, specialty shops and live performances inspired by successful arts and entertainment complexes in major cities around the world, which is currently being built in the heart of the Sharon District, in the Kiryat Itgarim office and high-tech complex in Raanana.

Mautner, a lawyer, specializes among other things in real estate, and brings to the fund two decades of experience and knowledge in a wide range of fields: real estate, hotels, high technology and restaurants. In his last role, Mautner served as Vice President of Business Development at real estate and technology startup Homez, owned by Gil Jeeva, founder of real estate company Tidhar Group, and the Horesh family and Ziv Aviram.

Before joining Homez, between 2018 and 2022, Mautner managed the activities of the Selena Hotel chain in Israel, built the company’s growth strategy, and led the location and commercial negotiations for the chain’s properties in Israel. During her time in office, Selena signed more than 20 long-term leasing agreements and built 15 hotels in Israel in cooperation with the Amba Group, the Gabai Group, the Dalomi Family and others. Among other things, he led the negotiations on the Selena cooperation agreement with the Haggag Group to invest $180 million to purchase and adapt Selena properties in Israel.

Temora Fund focuses on purchasing, promoting and managing office, industrial and logistics properties in Israel and plans to build a real estate portfolio worth approximately NIS 1.5 billion. Temora Company, which is active in Haifa, Lod, Rosh Ha’ayin and Ra’anana, manages 100,000 square meters of real estate advertising plans to expand its activities to other regions of the country.
