CALGARY, Alberta, Dec. 09, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The Board of Directors of TransAlta Corporation (TSX: TA) (NYSE: TAC) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per common share payable on April 1, 2025, to TransAlta shareholders. Corporation. Register at close of business on March 1, 2025.
