US stocks move into negative territory. Indices trading at session lows

It’s a triple witch watch this week that could add to the volatility at the end of the day. It’s also the start of a three-day weekend in the US, and there will probably be some liquidation/profit taking. As a result, the indices are trading to new session lows. A snapshot of the market is currently showing:

  • Dow Jones Industrial Average -88 points, or -0.25%, at 34,320.50
  • The Standard & Poor’s Index rose -12.9 points, to -0.29%, at 4,413.15.
  • The Nasdaq index scored -83 points -0.60% at 13,699.90

Microsoft shares fell $4.27, or -1.23%, from $343.82 after trading to a new all-time high of $351.47. Apple shares also fell after trading to an all-time high of $186.96 today.

Nvidia is still positive but affordable high levels. The price rose $3.35, or 0.79%, from $429.90. Its highest price was at $437.21.

Adobe which rose by $27.83 is still higher but only by $6.50 or 1.32% at $497.32
