Wallet drainer service Pink Drainer to wind down operations

The developers of Pink Drainer, the notorious wallet draining service involved in the theft of over $75 million in assets, have decided to wind down their operations.

Pink Drainer is a software suite used by cybercriminals to steal cryptocurrency assets by exploiting technological flaws mainly relying on social engineering techniques and phishing URLs. These scams use malicious phishing sites to trick users into signing transactions that drain their wallets of cryptocurrencies and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

Pink Drainer was part of a larger network of phishing platforms-as-a-service, which also included Monkey Drainer and Inferno Drainer. The developers of these services charge a fee and collect a percentage of the stolen assets as payment.
