Zscaler (NASDAQ:) 7% LOWER; beat on the top and bottom line for Q1 and issued better-than-expected Q2 and FY2024 EPS and revenue guidance. However, 2024 calculated billings fell just shy of the midpoint of estimates.

Confluent Inc (NASDAQ:) 2% HIGHER; Bernstein initiates coverage with an Outperform rating and a price target of $34.

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:) 1% LOWER; down in sympathy with Zscaler. CRWD will report its own results tomorrow.

ChargePoint Holdings Inc. (NYSE:) 1% LOWER; UBS downgraded from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $2.25 (from $9.00).
