Online brokerage giant ATFX will once again sponsor the annual international golf series, the Duke of Edinburgh's Cup, a 2024 UK qualifying event. This tournament originated in the UK and has expanded into a global sporting event. Since its founding in 2000, the event has raised more than £5.3 million for charitable causes benefiting young people around the world.
ATFX reported that Duke of Edinburgh Cup events were held in more than 24 countries, to help children and young people overcome difficulties and live a better life. In each event, the host nation crowns its national champion, who competes in the World Finals in England.

The tournament follows Stableford-style handicap rules, adhering to R&A or USGA rules. Qualifiers from each event, which are funded by the tournament, advance to finals week, which includes a welcome dinner, three rounds of golf and an awards dinner at Windsor Castle.

On 21 October 2023, the Türkiye Qualifier was held at Gloria Belek Golf Club in Antalya. The event had special significance because it raised funds for children and young people affected by the devastating earthquake that struck Turkey in February 2023.
