CALGARY, Alberta, May 09, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Athabasca Oil Corporation (TSX: ATH) (“Athabasca” or the “Company”) announces that all matters will be submitted for approval at its annual and special general meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2024. Fully approved and approved. Items on the agenda included determining the number of board members to be elected at eight, electing eight proposed nominees for board members, appointing Ernst & Young LLP as auditors, approving the shareholder rights plan agreement and approving all options, rights and other entitlements not allocated under the plan.
