Apsys, a France-based real estate company, has signed a partnership agreement with local fintech Lyzi to enable customers to pay for purchases nationwide across all of its malls using cryptocurrency.

Apsys, a company that owns, develops and operates multiple properties across France and Poland, has joined hands with Lyzi, a provider of financial and cryptocurrency payments solutions.

Through the partnership, customers who purchase goods and services at various Apsys malls in France can pay with cryptocurrency.

“Creating and reinventing customer experiences at Apsys sites is at the heart of the challenges that drive us every day. So today, we are especially pleased to be a leader in payment solutions, thanks to our partnership with Lyzi.”

Manuel Tessier, Managing Director of Asset Management at Apsys.

To enjoy Apsys’ new offering, customers must first purchase the company’s gift cards in cryptocurrency via the Lizy app. The Gift Cards will in turn be used for payment at Apsys Malls.

Apsys decided to expand its crypto payments offering one year after integrating the feature into its Beaugrenelle store in Paris.

Despite the bitter winter, which has caused countless bankruptcies for Web3 companies without strong capital controls over the past year, adoption has continued to increase.

This past March, Singapore-based littleStones, a media production company, integrated crypto payments, allowing its users to pay for animation, video production, and other services in Bitcoin (BTC) and altcoins.
