2

From Sunday, the light Jerusalem line of the railway of passengers will not take five days, as experimental operations are performed on the full line with the new extensions to Hadassah Ain Kirim in the south and Nifa Yakov in the north. Private bus roads will be presented as alternatives and the frequency of other bus roads will be strengthened.

The current light red line will resume between Mount Herzl and Pesgat, the falsity of operations on February 14, while the experimental will resume the new sections between Jabal Herzel and Hahasa, and Besagat Zif and Nifa Yakov. On the condition that there are no obstacles at the last minute, the full line between Hadassah and Nen Yakov will open on February 21.

Delay one by one The red line accessories in Jerusalem have suffered delay after another. The line was supposed to open in July 2023, but it was postponed several times until November 2023, then to February 2024, then to November 2024, and it is now expected to open it in February. The delays in the project were attributed to the difficulty of bringing experts from abroad to Israel during the war, although the delays started until October 2023.

The closure date that was planned for a week for the trial operation of the new Rail Red Red line was initially set at the beginning last month, but was postponed by the police due to the lack of workforce to supervise the crowded links. The Deputy Police Commissioner in Jerusalem or David’s Boms told the Globes newspaper for the future conference infrastructure earlier this week that although there are enough workers for the city’s infrastructure projects such as the light railway, the police hinder the progress of a flow.

David added, “300 million News were lost in the light railway work at the intersection of the God’s bar in the city, because there is no police to separate workers and demonstrators.” With this means the Harid demonstrations against work at the intersection.
