Is it political or something to worry about?
Talk about home McCarthy says he hasn’t spoken to Bryce US. Biden today, but he adds that he will work until we get everything done. He is not scheduled to go to the White House today.

Meanwhile, US House of Representatives Democratic leader Jefferies told reporters that not much progress has been made toward a solution.
Schumer, the Democratic leader in the US Senate, did not comment on the debt ceiling instead saying he is working with the US president. For Biden to make it clear to China that its move against Micron is unacceptable. Hmmm.
As the clock ticks, and she approaches the June 1 deadline that Treasury Secretary Yellen keeps repeating, she wonders if the negotiations are at a political point where each party’s leaders show their feathers to their own party members before making their mouths. And compromising the inevitable convention, or is that really something to worry about?
