(Reuters) – Meta platforms’ social media apps Instagram and Facebook (NASDAQ: ), messaging app WhatsApp, and thread competitor Twitter are all back up after a brief outage affecting thousands of users on Monday, according to Downdetector.com.

At the height of the outage, which lasted more than an hour, more than 14,000 users reported problems accessing Instagram, while about 7,000 and 2,700 users had problems with Facebook and WhatsApp, respectively.

Meta’s most recent Meta Chain has also seen an outage, with around 470 users reporting problems accessing the app.

Downdetector tracks outages by compiling status reports from a number of sources including user-submitted errors on its platform. The outage could have affected more users.

Mita did not immediately respond to a Reuters query about the outages.
