The new airline created by the high-tech protest movement DemocraTech today posted a registration form for those wishing to reserve seats on the planned Tel Aviv-New York flights.
The registration form reveals that the company plans to operate three direct weekly flights between Tel Aviv and New York that will depart Ben Gurion Airport at around midnight Israel time and land early in the morning in New York. The days of the week on which the flights will operate have not yet been determined, although one flight will be during the weekend.

The technology movement says it is in talks with several airlines and aims to use Boeing 777 aircraft. Return flights will be priced at $1,350 for all seats in economy class, $2,600 in premium class, and $5,400 in business class. The technology movement is close to signing a contract with a European airline from which it will lease aircraft, pilots and crew.
The new airline will operate temporary flights over the coming months while foreign airlines refuse to fly to Israel, providing Israel’s El Al Airlines with a monopoly on direct flights between Israel and North America.
