Bob Fair joins the company as Vice President of Operations for Regenx USA, Inc. Bob has a wealth of experience, including more than 25 years in the precious metals and chemical industries. During those 25+ years, he spent over 18 years working in chemical and manufacturing plants, as well as over 14 years of that in senior management positions. Additionally, Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Chemistry.

For the past five years, Bob has been with Heraeus Precious Metals in a management position, while the previous 21 years were spent with Johnson Matthey. His time at Johnson Matthey included full responsibility for the Sevierville Tennessee production facility.

Upon commencement of employment, Bob will be granted 750,000 stock options with an exercise price of $0.05. The duration of the options will be 5 years and 25% will vest immediately and the rest within one year.
