Saber56a leading hosting and mining advisory firm for digital assets and bitcoin, has signed an advisory deal with Arkon Energy To manage the recently acquired Arkon Data Center in Hannibal, Ohio. Saber56 will oversee logistics, equipment sourcing and procurement, design planning and total cost management for the data center.
Saber56 CEO Phil Harvey expressed his pride in deepening the strategic partnership with Arkon Energy, saying, “It is an honor to collaborate on the company’s first US data center.” He also noted the continued demand for their delivery services and their ongoing consultation with other market leaders who are building their facilities.
Arkon Energy CEO Joshua Payne shared his excitement at securing their first data center in the US and expressed confidence in their consulting partner Saber56. Payne stated, “Hannibal, Ohio, will be just the first of several acquisitions as Arkon Energy builds its presence in the United States.”
This collaboration builds on the two companies’ successful history of project collaboration, including Saber56’s participation in the purchase of a Norwegian facility that was later acquired by Arkon Energy.
The deal comes at a time of growing optimism in the crypto environment, with asset managers such as BlackRock aggressively seeking market share. In May, GEM Mining’s newly built Saber56 facility in Wyoming attracted space, which allocated space for 4,510 miners, highlighting the company’s reputation for cutting-edge hosting sites.
