Voting results in the 2024 Ordinary General Assembly
Election of members of the Board of Directors
All proposed candidates for membership of the Board of Directors of the Issuer (“blackboard“) by the shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting. The voting results are as follows:

Shareholder approval on other matters
Shareholders at the meeting also voted to approve each of the other resolutions described in the Issuer Notice of the Annual Meeting of Shareholders and the Management Information Bulletin dated March 6, 2024 (“Dissemination of information“), as follows: (1) The ordinary resolution was approved to determine the number of members of the Board of Directors to be elected at the meeting at five (5) by 100% of the votes cast by shareholders; (2) The ordinary resolution approving the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditor of the Company by 100% of the votes cast by shareholders; (3) the ordinary resolution approving the 2024 Long-Term Incentive Plan was approved by 99.91% of the votes cast by shareholders; The ordinary resolution approving the 2024 stock option plan was approved by 99.91% of the votes cast by shareholders.
