VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 02, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Teck Resources Limited (TSX: TECK.A and TECK.B, NYSE: TECK) (“Teck”) today announced the appointment of Emma Chapman to the position of Vice President and Investor. Relationships, effective 1 December 2024. Ms Chapman succeeds Fraser Phillips, who will retire early 2025.

Ms. Chapman joined Teck in 2023 as Director of Investor Relations, and has nearly 20 years of investor relations experience, including serving as Head of Investor Relations at Anglo American Platinum.
Ms. Chapman holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Bath, is a graduate of the Leadership Development and Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School, and holds the title of Fellow of Chartered Accountant (FCA).
As previously announced, Fraser Phillips, Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Analysis, will retire in early 2025. Effective December 1, and until his retirement, Fraser will continue as Senior Vice President and provide investor advisory support. Relations team during this transition period. He will continue to report to President and CEO Jonathan Price.
