Timbercreek Financial Declares August 2024 Dividend

TORONTO, Aug. 22, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Timbercreek Financial Corporation (TSX: TF) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce a monthly cash dividend of $0.0575 per common share (“Common Share”) of the Company, which will be paid on September 13, 2024 to holders of Common Shares of record on August 30, 2024.

The Company also offers a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”), which is eligible for holders of Common Stock and provides a convenient means of purchasing additional Common Stock by reinvesting cash dividends at a potential discount and without the need to pay commissions, service fees or brokerage fees.

Under the Plan and at the discretion of Timbercreek Capital Inc., the Manager, Common Stock will be acquired in the open market at prevailing prices or issued from the Treasury at 98 percent of the average market price (hereinafter referred to as the “Average Market Price”) for the five trading day period ending on the third business day immediately preceding the Dividend Payment Date (hereinafter referred to as the “Trading Period”).

Common shares purchased under the Plan will be automatically enrolled in the Plan. Shareholders who hold their Common Shares through a broker, financial institution or other nominee must enroll to reinvest distributions through their nominee holder.
