Apple’s (NASDAQ:NASDAQ:) long-awaited iPhone 16 launch event has begun with several new products already announced.

The event in Cupertino is set to see the unveiling of the iPhone 16 lineup, with the company expected to launch the iPhone 16 and 16 Pro, Apple Watch Series 10, AirPods 4, and more.

This is what has happened so far:

  • Apple is set to announce new iPhones, smartwatches and AirPods, according to CEO Tim Cook

  • Apple has announced its new redesigned Watch Series 10.

  • The tech giant revealed that the new watch includes sleep apnea detection.

  • The Watch Series 10 is set to start at $399 and will be available on September 20.

  • Apple also announced its new AirPods 4 headphones.

  • Some new hearing health features will come as a software update for AirPods Pro 2

  • Apple announces iPhone 16 with artificial intelligence technology
  • iPhone 16 is said to be ‘designed from the ground up’ by Apple Intelligence

  • Apple says the iPhone 16 will feature a new capacitive button on the side of the device, making it easier to take photos and videos, and is called “Camera Control.”

  • Apple said it will also launch new visual AI features that can be accessed via camera control.
